This is the ultimate integrative session to encourage a deep release, relaxation & recharging of your body, mind & soul. Release & Recharge pairs the hands on magic of Reiki healing energy with the beautiful resonance of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Allowing your body the space and time to relax and facilitate the release of energies & emotions no longer serving you and the support of sound to raise your energetic vibrations. This session is unique to each client & will reflect what your energies are calling for! This is a deep dive session that requires active participation and discussion, 15 minutes of this sessions allotted time will be used for discussion, reflection, answering any additional questions, goal setting and learning tools.
